Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

 

Return Procedure:

1. Take a clear photo of the item.

2. Contact our Customer Service team at service@castellbus.com.

3. Submit photos and order ID to Customer Service outlining your issue and desired solution (options include return, refund, exchange, or resend).

4. Customer Service will provide you with a return address. Do not send the package back as this will delay your refund process.

5. Simplify returns: inform us of your tracking number for easy processing.

In some cases, we may not be able to process a refund without a return. However, we are happy to provide you with a voucher for your next purchase.

Situations that qualify for return/refund:

1. Unsatisfied with the item.

2. The item does not meet expectations but there are no quality issues.

3. Delay in shipping status update.

4. Discrepancy/misunderstanding (about the product/fabric), which has been stated in our description/title.

5. Wrong order placed and the item has already been shipped.

6. The selected size does not match the size chart.
